Sessions & fees information...
We are open from 8am until 6pm each day, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year where we close between Christmas and New Year as well as Bank Holidays.
We offer a full day, morning only or afternoon only session each day, and also provide early and late sessions if needed, 7.15am till 8am and 6pm till 6.45pm
A nutritious breakfast and a healthy freshly prepared lunch is provided for children attending our morning and all day sessions. For those attending the afternoon session as well as staying with us all day will be provided with tea. Also snacks will be provided in both morning and afternoon sessions.
Our full price fees include: milk, nappies, sensitive wipes, nappy cream, toothbrush and sunscreen.

Bank holidays are payable and cannot be swapped however our fees are only charged at 50weeks to cover these. Payment is still required if a child is absent due to sickness.
We offer a home visit and the first 2 settling in sessions where available at no cost to help your child settle in. If anymore settling sessions are required, we will charge £9.50.
At Charley Barleys we ask that children attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week. This is to ensure continuity and the well-being of your child. It also gives the key person more time with them, enabling greater learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
To secure a place at our Nursery we ask for a one off registration fee of £50 and a deposit of £100. Deposits are refundable once started and correct notice given to receive the deposit on the last invoice. For children opting for EYFE only we ask for £50 deposit and this will be returned the following month after your start date.
One months’ notice is required prior to leaving. We will invoice you a month in advance, any additional sessions booked during the month will be shown on the following month’s invoice.
A child’s place with us will automatically terminate on 31st August of the year in which they are due to go to school unless parents inform us before in writing with the correct notice period. Any sessions after this date will be charged as extra sessions at full price.
